Sarah Palin plans to visit the Twin Cities next month. The former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate will appear at the Mall of America December 7th to sign copies of her book, "Going Rogue." Mall officials say they're prepared to handle a large crowd. The book is due for release November 17th. Palin will appear on TV's "Oprah Winfrey Show" the day before her visit to Minnesota.
