Tuesday will be mostly sunny and hot in the Twin Cities with a forecast high of 95. The heat index values could reach 101. There's a 30 percent chance of rain late Tuesday afternoon and a 50 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms Tuesday night with a low of 70. Wednesday will see a 40 percent chance of showers with a high near 85.
