Minnesota Attorney General Lori Swanson has announced a lawsuit against a mortgage company she claims has been tricking consumers into risky mortgages. She says Source Lending Corporation aggressively targeted homeowners for refinancing that turned out to be more expensive than they were led to believe. 

The suit seeks an injunction to stop Source Lending from doing business and restitution for customers who lost money. Source has offices in Plymouth, Bloomington and Brooklyn Park.
