Minneapolis Mayor R-T Rybak says he should become a valid Minnesota driver again next week. The mayor says he took care of the issue Friday morning and will have his license back Tuesday morning. Rybak received a speeding ticket in 2006 in Olmstead County, he paid part of the fine, but not all of it, and his license was suspended in February of this year. Rybak says he was unaware of the suspension until late Thursday afternoon. Rybak rode his bicycle to work this morning, as part of National Bike to work day.
