Featuring a variety of creative and original works of art including sculptures, paintings, photographs, woodcarvings, glasswork, jewelry, ceramics, and multimedia compositions from over 350 award-winning artists. Purchase art from youth representing the future of the Uptown Art Fair at the Tomorrow’s Stars Seen Today youth art fair. Enjoy food and drinks from over 20 vendors, as well as non-stop entertainment on the CBS Outdoor Performance Stage. Relax in the Wine Garden, or create your own art at the Family Imagination Station activity area. Located at the intersection of Lake Street and Hennepin Avenue and “The Mall” in Southwest Minneapolis.

EVENTS & ACTIVITIES:
Vita.mn ART HOP: Skip the hassle of parking and take a Metro Transit bus to the Art Fair at no charge. Vita.mn Art Hop buses run continuous loops on Saturday and Sunday with stops at the Uptown Art Fair, Powderhorn Art Fair, and Loring Park Art Festival.
TOMORROW’S STARS SEEN TODAY: Meet future art stars at “Tomorrow’s Stars Seen Today” as young artists ages 8 -18 display and sell their work.

LOCATION: Calhoun Square Retail Center (3001 Hennepin Avenue)
CELEBRITY ART AUCTION: The 3rd Annual Celebrity Art Auction will showcase decorative ceramic plates painted by local celebrities 
ranging from TV and radio personalities, sports stars, award winning chefs, musicians and bands. All proceeds will benefit Northern Clay Center’s ClaytoGo program, serving Minneapolis schools.
Located at Suburban World Theater (3022 Hennepin Avenue)
WINE GARDEN: Sample and purchase a wide variety of Barefoot Wine and Bubbly beverages and view the work of all 360 Uptown Art Fair artists in the air-conditioned ambience of the Suburban World Theatre.
FAMILY IMAGINATION STATION: Stop by the Family Imagination Station, sponsored by Northern Clay Center, and watch as talented artists transform lumps of clay into beautiful art, then see if you have what it takes to master the rotating potter’s wheel! Located at the Walker Library Courtyard.
UPTOWN IS BEAUTIFUL: The Family Imagination Station will provide tiles and glazes for you to create the image of your beautiful neighborhood, free of graffiti. These tiles will be fired by Northern Clay Center and then displayed within Uptown as a mural. Located at the Walker Library Courtyard (intersection of Lagoon Avenue and Hennepin Avenue)
CBS OUTDOOR PERFORMANCE STAGE: Performances will include belly dancers, magic shows, dance bands, improvisational comedy and more. Two headlining bands will take the main stage on Friday and Saturday night.

COMMUNITY MURAL PAINTING: Blue Moon Brewing Company invites 
Art Fair visitors who are 21 and older to paint a mural with guidance from two professional artists, while enjoying a sample of Blue Moon beer. It will be photographed, reproduced, and displayed in the community as a billboard. TIME: Friday, 5pm-8pm; Saturday, 1pm-7pm; Sunday, 1pm-5pm. Located at the court behind the Walker Library (Hennepin Avenue and Lagoon Avenue)
