Rybak Has License Suspended

Minneapolis Mayor R.T. Rybak has had his driver's license suspended for failing to pay part of a speeding fine. Court Records show Rybak paid part of the fine from the 2006 ticket he received in Olmsted County, but apparently not all of it, and his license was suspended in February of this year. I

ronically, Rybak had already planned to leave the car at home today, in honor of National Bike to work day, today.
